Chris at CFC 2017

Chris is very busy this month at the Center for Furniture Craftsmanship, Rockport, Maine.

He spending 2 weeks (August 28 – September 8) as 'visiting artist'. His challenge is to 'push the boundaries of his work'. He's always felt he pushes them anyway, but here's a chance to try something where it doesn't matter whether he succeeds or not... You are welcome to call in and say hello if you are passing.

He's also teaching for 2 weeks 11 – 22 September. Unfortunately all places are taken. All good things must come to an end and Chris has decided that, after 20 years instructing at CFC, next year will be his final one. So, advanced warning! If you've thought about signing up for one of these classes registration will begin on January 1 2018 and his classes always fill-up quickly.

CFC is  wonderful facility, arguably the best of it's kind in the US. Just have a look at the courses available in 2017.
