In addition to the projects for the site, Chris continues to carve pieces to commission or just what suits his fancy.

He's always loved the lines and curves of T'ang Horses and after years of telling me he'd like to carve one, he finally did it!  

It's rare to find a wooden horse from the T'ang period; usually they are ceramic. They always have great character and emotion. Chris has taken parts from several horses that he's seen and combined them into this piece.
