Description:
A little modified Heraldic Lion as explained in the video on this site. It was initially meant as practice piece, but in the end it turned out better than I expected. The castle should have gone deeper into the design. Improvement point for next time. I had already cut each piece separately a few times (paws, body and head), just for practicing and prepare for the whole carving.
This project was done by a carver with less than 12 months experience.
