We love showcasing our members carvings; after all, getting people to carve is what Woodcarving Workshops is all about! In the gallery you’ll see a wide range of carvings, from novice to advanced; each one the result of time and effort, inspiration and dedication. We value them all!

Description:
The idea for this comes from one of Chris's projects in his Woodcarver's Reference Manual (?). The Kanji here mean "One moment is worth a thousand pieces of gold." Lacking the ability to draw, I relied on a printout of a particular Kanji font, but a "looser" or more fanciful design (as Chris employed in his Kanji carving) would be better.
