Description:
I have been carving wildlife, dogs, & horses for 30+ years. But until taking a carving course from Chris a few years ago, I had always used power tools. Since taking the course, I've been using mostly hand tools. I find it a much cleaner & more fun way to carve. Still, though, when I get to the finer details--nostrils, toenails, etc.--I don't have enough control with the hand tools and revert back to my NSK.
