Bear in mind that the eye of a frog is more-or-less a ball, an eye-ball. It sits high up above the skull so the frog can submerge with just the eye poking above the surface of the water.
I hope you've enjoyed studying frog anatomy; I know I'll never look at frogs the same way again.
