Puddingy is a criticism when describing a finished carving abd is a way of saying that you have more work to do. At this stage, we need to slim everything down so our little mouse hasn't just staggered out of the larder but has recognisable anatomical features.
A good way of describing what we are doing now is 'refining' the bosting process; taking further passes, separating forms to a deeper level and consolidating surfaces.
