The peonie-like flower is a bit different from the daisy and hellebore-likes in that you need more bosting in, more work to get the main central lump in place first, before you start separating out petals.
The flower is also angled to the side, so it's a bit in high relief - this is how it will appear in the swag. It's more interesting angled to the side and stops you looking straight down the central hole.
