Again, levelling is essentially the same as for the low relief. But notice how we leave that waste around the butterfly; we'll deal with that much later.
And 'rough' setting in - what's that? Again it's about being efficient and giving ourselves something temporary to work with. The next stage is getting our butterfly into shape. There is a lots of wood to be removed and we'll do that before accurately setting in. For now, just quickly trim back the edges to somewhere around the line, and still leaving all that waste in the junction with the background.
